Big damage, big mixups close range
SSR extremely strong, close at -1, avoids 80% of the movelist
Still works at -3(f1+2 on 2P), but df1 / d1 / 3 now tracks
SSR is still strong at -5 (uf2), about same as at -3
Backdash duck is another good option.

One shitty poke low (+0 on hit), pretty weak stance.

DPD1,2: mid, mid -11 oB, can go into QCB at +1 (df1 interrupt).
DPD df4: -12 low, 0 on both hit and CH.
DPD df3+4: i18 meme backflip, -49 grounded, does 15 self dmg.

String handling

1+2*: Can cancel the hold to roll dash or sway (~f and ~b).
ff2,1~b: -21 on cancel.
ws1,2~b: If you have an i11 which reaches the backsway, you can OS this.
df1~backsway (+3 backsway, i15 high fastest move): SSR duck OS?
DPD1,2 / ws1,2 has worse frames into QCB(+1), just df1 interrupt. Paul can delay his moves to backsway further to maybe avoid df1s.

Other notes

The most damaging option from ultimate tackle is broken with 1.
