Edit

Quick overview

Oppressive poking character with strong evasion
At 0 (df1): SSL: d2, uf3, df3. SSR: uf4, df4, db1, f1+2.
Both ways: b1, df1(inconsistent), f3, jab(SW 1,2), b3. SWL > db3
At -1 (jab): The same as 0, only have to SSR b1, and db3 SWL
is inconsistent (If you're truly range 0 you can SSR it (?)).
At -6 (b3): SSL or SWL strong after because of axis?
You can suddenly SSL df4, uf4. Still SSR f1+2.
After b3 b1/db1/jab are homing, b4 and d4 are "always homing".

HEAT

Heat powers: Powers up 2 moves, gives 1 new
b1: NH KND, -8 oB.
ff1+2*: Guard break, +10, wallsplats.
3+4: +12c oB, +7 on shockwave, KND on hit. Ends BT
Heat engagers: f1+2 | b1+2 | ff2 | BT2 | KNP2
Heat smash: i20 mid, mid -> +12 STC/+7 (+24 STC WC/+19 WC)

Stances

Shifting Clouds (STC). Transitions: ff3 / BT3(+4c oH,+4c oB) |
db1~f(+0oH,-16oB) | Full mixup, auto parry. ~b goes KNP. Can
cancel to STC move after successful 1 hit parry.
Kenpo (KNP). Transitions: db1~b(+7oH,-9oB).Can go to STC(~f).
Can attack after i15 startup. No autoblock on the way back?
40f until neutral again (empty KNP)

Standing block punishment

−15 pushback
−15b1+2 (-19) | 1,2,2~b(-11 BT) | f2,1,2(-19) | f3,4(-16) | df4,2,1+2(-19) | ff4(-15) | bf1(-15) | STC1)-15~-14) |
−141,1,2 | 1,1,2,1 | f4,2 | uf3+4 | ff4,3 | FC df2 | QCF2 | KNP3(-14~-13) | ws1,2,1
−13BT2 | 1,2,2 | 1+2 | uf4 | uf,n,4 | 10 hit | STC4 | KNP1 | Stomp (d3+4) |
−122,4 | 2,4,1 | 3,1+2 | d1+2,1 | db1 | b2,3,4 | ws1,2 | ws3 | b1(-8 in heat)
-11 / -101,1(-11) | f4,3(-10) | df4,2(-11) | d4,1+2(-10) | db1,2(-11) | b2(-11) | ub2(-10) | uf2(-10) | ws1,2 |

While standing block punishment

−153,3,4 (-12BT) | 3~4,3 (-26) | f4,4 (-31) | db2,2(-17) | db3(-15) | db4(-26) | ss4(-31) | BT d3(-26) | KNP4(-31) |
−14QCF1 | FC df4(-8 BT. Followup jails, so you can either spam i14, or switch punisher when you see 2nd hit) |
−13FC df1 | Opponent grounded d3+4 (stomp) |
−12d2 | db1+2,2 |
−11 / -10d4(-11) | db2(-11) | b2,3(-11) |

String handling

ws1,2 jails, can always duck for ws1,3.
db2,2,2: parry last hit
2,4,1: Sabaki is a good option, kills both third hit and BT transition.
FC df4,1: If you have an i14 move with high crush from crouch, you can OS (dickjab for everyone).
3,1+2_1+2*: SSL both options. 3,3 jails, so it's a safe attempt. At least i23 interrupt window for fully charged version.
ff1+2*(especially in heat): Seems very hard to step/walk on reaction. Probably better to react with a power crush.

Other notes

Feng's BT powercrush has i7 activation, i7 activation from normal stance

Duckable highs

1,2,2 | 1,3 | f3,2(mix) | uf3+4,3 | KNP4,1+2 (first hit whiff) | 3,delay3 | df4,3(mix) | db1,4(mix) |
ub2(hard af) | uf3+4,3 | ws1,3 | FC df4,1(first hit whiff) |

Plus on block

Heat 3+4 (+12c oB, +7 on shockwave) | ff1+2*(+6 / +18 WC) | HS(+12 STC / +7 standing / +19 WC)
WR3(+6~+11) | ff3 / BT3(+8~+9 / +4 STC) | 3,1+2*(+7, +19 WC) | b3(+6) | ss2(+3 BT) | STC3(+3BT)
u2(+2~+4) | ss1+2(+1) | df1(+0) | QCF1+2 (+0c) |

Low minus

uf3(-2~0) | 3~4b (-2 BT) | db1,4(-2) | (FC df4),1(-2) | BT1(-3) | ws1(-3) | BT1+2(-3) | STC2(-3) |
df4,3(-4) | 4~3(-7~-1) | db1+2(-4) | 1,3(-5) | uf1(-5) | f4~b(-5 BT) | df2,2(-6) | ws1,3(-6) |

Low hit advantage

FC df4 (+3 BT) | ss4(-3~ -1) |
