String handling

10-hit 1: Low at #9. 10-hit 2: Low at #9.
Steve has a lot of mid cancels which are at least 8f fuzziable (RWV2,1~2, df1,2~2, f2,1~2, ...)
PAB f2: -13 if you can reach with a punish, or else i15 interrupt
PAB df1,1,2,1: Last two hits jail, can always punish on the third.
PAB b1,1,2,1, have to duck second hit, but really hard, and fast punish.
Consider punch parrying after 1,1. 112 jails and 11,d1 gets parried.
